1. Press the [Msgs] button (or the envelope button if you have a larger phone)
2. Press *
3. Enter your extension number (e.g. 7108) and press #
4. Enter your PIN and press #

To check your voice mail from an outside telephone...

1. Call the main district line (530) 378-7000
2. Press *
3. Enter your extension number (e.g. 7108) and press #
4. Enter your PIN and press #
5. Press 2 to access your mailbox
