Hi, my name is Mike Michelon and I am happy and proud to serve the families and students of the Cascade Union Elementary School District and the city of Anderson as we prepare our students for their future. I am excited to be part of the leadership team at Cascade to continue the great work that is going on in our district.

Our district is committed to supporting learning for every student every day. We have an exceptional staff at each of our four schools who are creative, innovative and continually looking for new ways to improve student learning. Some great examples are our Learning Centers at each site, state of the art technology in every classroom and our award winning band/music program.
